    The Urban Garden & Patio Tour is back in Old Town! Join us to tour hidden (and not so hidden) gardens and patios in and around the Old Town neighborhood!

    Attendees will receive a map for a self-guided tour as well as special treats along the way! Information about the included gardens and patios will be released in August.

    Be sure to buy your tickets ahead of time to save! Presale tickets are $20/person and $25/person day-of (limited quantities available August 10).

    Old Town's ArtFeast returns again! The arts and craft festival is from 11-6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17 on Turner Street in the heart of Old Town.

    The OTCA will provide a 10x10 space. Artists are required to provide their own tables, chairs, pop-up tents and anything else they may need.

    Once your application has been accepted, this link will be used for payment and you will be sent a code to pay to $75 to reserve your spot.

    Volunteer at an amazing event with great people! 

    We need volunteers to help with a variety of duties at ArtFeast on Saturday, Aug. 17, including check-in, light cleaning, setup and teardown.

    Old Town welcomes food trucks and food cart to the 2024 ArtFeast from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17

    The event, along Turner Street in the heart of Old Town, features art vendors of all mediums and an array of food vendors. 

    The food vendor fee is $125, once you are accepted, you will receive a code to pay the fee. Your spot is not reserved until payment is received.

    The OTCA provides space inside the festival area, but no hookups.  You must comply with all fire and health codes.

The Old Town Commercial Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the revitalization of Lansing’s Old Town through socioeconomic development, historic preservation, business recruitment and community outreach. Rich and vibrant streetscapes provide a gateway to our livable, walkable and family-friendly community.  Residents of Old Town and surrounding neighborhoods are invested and engaged in the success of the Old Town community.

Become an Old Town Donor and help us keep Old Town a vibrant arts and entertainment district.

Your donations will go to the Old Town Commercial Association, a 501c3 nonprofit that focuses on making Old Town a destination. We do that with festivals and events, as well as aesthetic designs, such as hanging flower baskets, holiday decorations and even trash pickup around Old Town.
