    Old Town's ArtFeast returns again! The arts and craft festival is from 10-5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 19 on Turner Street in the heart of Old Town.
    Artists of all mediums are invited to apply for space. Goods must be homemade (no MLMs).
    The OTCA will provide a 10x10 space. Artists are required to provide their own tables, chairs, pop-up tents and anything else they may need. Reminder, WIFI is not publicly available. 
    Once your application has been accepted, you will be invoiced and given a code to pay your $75 booth fee. Until you have been accepted and paid your booth fee, your spot is not reserved.

    Old Town welcomes food trucks and food cart to the 2023 Art Feast from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 19

    The event, along Turner Street in the heart of Old Town, features art vendors of all mediums and an array of food vendors. 

    The food vendor fee is $125, once you are accepted, you will receive a code to pay the fee. Your spot is not reserved until payment is received.

    The OTCA provides space inside the festival area, but no hookups.  You must comply with all fire and health codes.

    The Old Town Commercial Association will be hosting our Old Town Silver Gala on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2023 to celebrate over 25 years of OTCA!  The Gala will take place from 7 - 10 p.m. at the R.E. Old’s Automotive Museum and will be Old Town’s biggest fundraiser to date.  Please join us for a night of art, music and more!

About us

The Old Town Commercial Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the revitalization of Lansing’s Old Town through socioeconomic development, historic preservation, business recruitment and community outreach. Rich and vibrant streetscapes provide a gateway to our livable, walkable and family-friendly community.  Residents of Old Town and surrounding neighborhoods are invested and engaged in the success of the Old Town community.

Become a member

Become an Old Town Donor and help us keep Old Town a vibrant arts and entertainment district.

Your donations will go to the Old Town Commercial Association, a 501c3 nonprofit that focuses on making Old Town a destination. We do that with festivals and events, as well as aesthetic designs, such as hanging flower baskets, holiday decorations and even trash pickup around Old Town.
