The Mission of the Old Town Commercial Association is to maintain a vibrant business community in Lansing’s historic Old Town district by providing services and opportunities that foster economic growth and community engagement.

    Old Town's ArtFeast returns for its 10th year! The arts and craft festival is from 11-6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17 on Turner Street in the heart of Old Town.
    Artists of all mediums are invited to apply for space. Goods must be hand/homemade (no MLMs).
    The OTCA will provide a 10x10 space. Artists are required to provide their own tables, chairs, pop-up tents and anything else they may need. Reminder, WIFI is not publicly available. 

    Once your application has been accepted, you will be invoiced and given a code to pay your $75 booth fee. Until you have been accepted and paid your booth fee, your spot is not reserved (all spots must be reserved by July 15 or there will be an increased fee).

    *Note this registration is not for food vendors. A separate signup will be available for food trucks and other food vendors.

  • Old Town Spring Cleanup 2024

    Join us for our Old Town Spring Cleanup and planting day on Sunday, May 19 from 8:00 am to noon!

    Volunteers will help us clean up debris around the neighborhood, pull weeds, and more.

    Some tools will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own for personal use!

    We hope you'll join us as we continue working to beautify the community!

About us

The Old Town Commercial Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the revitalization of Lansing’s Old Town through socioeconomic development, historic preservation, business recruitment and community outreach. Rich and vibrant streetscapes provide a gateway to our livable, walkable and family-friendly community.  Residents of Old Town and surrounding neighborhoods are invested and engaged in the success of the Old Town community.

Become an Old Town Donor and help us keep Old Town a vibrant arts and entertainment district.

Your donations will go to the Old Town Commercial Association, a 501c3 nonprofit that focuses on making Old Town a destination. We do that with festivals and events, as well as aesthetic designs, such as hanging flower baskets, holiday decorations and even trash pickup around Old Town.
